 Limitation on the Assessment of Real Property, Used for Residential Purposes – YES:

Essentially, this says that if you make improvement to your property to make it more flood resistant, the government can’t use that improvement to raise your assessed value.  It encourages people to make such protective improvements, without worrying that it will cost them more in taxes.

Abolish the Constitutional Revision Commission – YES

Single Member Districts in Alachua County – YES

1 Cent Wild Spaces Public Places Tax – NO

They say it’s also for road repair.  They had the opportunity to split the question (one for WSPP and one for Road Repair).  They bundled them together because they were afraid of losing WSPP in favor of Road Repair.
